Hello, and welcome to QBIs new blog feature.

Not an original thought, but for the first one I'd like to get some feedback on the site and get your reactions. You can see what it's about from the homepage and the content, so no need to repeat it here. Just to say that the intention is to keep it dynamic, and to adjust it to business demands.

We're in the start up business. So we take on board what you want or need. We provide you with some budgetary options, and we tell you what we think you should do. It's important that we understand what your business is about, so I always recommend writing a business plan. I have templates to help with that, and because I think it's so important, I'm willing to give them to clients for our mutual benefit. After all, then we're all on the same page.

We will then engage with the right people here. You will need accountancy, legal and tax support. You need an office, if you're serious, or you need outsourced resources such as ourselves.

I wouldn't recommend using the so-called post-boxes or flakey non-legal / non standard structures that are on offer. We can find you decent office space in the lower cost areas.

You might need staff – unless you want to outsource to us. We have partnerships with recruiters, and we've done staff placements for a number of years here in Moscow. We can find the right temporary or permanent staff. Or, you can engage us as your branch in Moscow.

We can also provide you with interim management staff. Our price to run an office in Moscow frequently comes in way below the typical CEO salary and package. We can provide interim CEO, COO, IT Director, HR Director, and Change Management / Process Re-Engineering depending on their availability.

We've also teamed up with a very good market analysis and market / media company, who will produce extremely high quality work for you  - and in English – at local rates. Call me for details on that.

Finally we can look at product launch and management, branding in the local environment, Supply Chain and Distribution. Our transporters and operators can offer 2 day time definite delivery to the top 20 cities in Russia. There are specialists on board to advise on packaging, customs, transport, commodity considerations, reverse logistics and insurance.

We don't have stock presentations, in general. That's because so far, every commission has been unique. We treat each new project we get as a completely new venture to be worked on individually.

The new site was created to re-focus the company into start-up management, market entry, product management and distribution. Essentially, innovating the Supply Chain here in Russia. We still have the old skills we had in the original format – Project Management, Change Management, IT skills, consultancy and so on. We've just sharpened them up and pointed them in a clearer direction.
